This natural process Caturra is wonderfully sweet and balanced. A sweet base of cocoa, molasses and clove are complimented by juicy, fresh berry notes to complete the cup and leave you with a tart, syrupy finish.
Caturra is a naturally occurring mutation of the Bourbon varietal of Arabica coffee. This coffee comes from Mario Mejia Martinez of Finca Las Delicias in La Paz, Honduras.
